Armor Down Week 3 modified AAR

This weeks AAR is going to be different. Holidays are a time to relax and chill. However, it can also be a time of great stress and anxiety. Below is a modified sitrep of where you were, where you are and where you are going.

Your Mission

-Use your military situational awareness training to recognize the differences I've laid out.

-Your military discipline to clean your shoulders when you feel tension.

-Armor Down Gun training before you lose your shit.

Mil training:(where you were)

Environment
- few distractions. Haircut, uniforms, spartan surroundings.

Mindset
-don't think, orders, discipline, focus.

Body
-no pain, no gain. Push harder faster stronger longer!

Civilian life style(where you are)

Environment
-tremendous distractions, freedom of expression, full access to the luxuries of America

Mindset
-too much thinking, no orders, excess, scattered focus, so much to be distracted by.

Body
-down time any time you want.....no pain no gain.....but for what purpose.

Armor Down sustainable civilian lifestyle.(where you are going)

Environment
- huge distractions balanced out with training, cleaning shoulders, functions check, and Armor Down Time.

Mindset
-supreme focus on shoulders, hips, and gun, interspersed throughout the day

Body
-tools for relaxation and focused practice during times intensified enjoyment of oneself(DTD)
-practicing the beginning of long term sustainable civilian lifestyle habits(LTSCLH)
