Shoulder and Neck Pain

I will be talking more about Shoulder and Neck Pain in relation to wearing body armor. I will also being doing something I am calling #Hooah. #Hooah is were I go into the twitter stream and search #hooah. From this search I will be able to see what people all over the world have been using #hooah as a way to link their thoughts about the military with others.

    Neck pain can be caused from bad posture. Consult a doctor for medical care if neck pain is accompanied by needle-like pain from shoulder to arm.

    super video i have a back pain then i see this video and work exercise.then i feel good,after the exercise i washed hand with neusafe hand sanitizer.
