ReplyDeleteYou should have seen me doing these exercises along with you. lol ...trying to imagine what good it can do for a 54 year old body that runs, plays tennis, and rides horses... and that feels it afterwards.
ReplyDeleteSeriously, I also thought of my 11 year old daughter and how super HEAVY her backpack is. Fortunately, she car pools to school and only has it on her shoulders and back for a few minutes at a time. I've got to weigh that thing.
